Space Business Centre Aylesbury on target to open in March 2009
Developer Space Business Centres is on target to complete its new serviced business unit scheme in Aylesbury at the end of this month. Construction at the site, located at Smeaton Close, has made rapid progress since starting in summer last year and the development will be open and ready to occupy by the end of March 2009.
MP for Aylesbury, David Lidington, has been invited to officially open the development which consists of 43 small business units ranging from 367 – 705 sq ft. The units will be let on easy-in, easy-out terms with a maximum of just one month’s commitment from the tenant.
Alex Gale, Development Manager at Space Business Centres says: ‘the units at Space Business Centre Aylesbury are finished to a high standard and provide really great value business accommodation. Our aim is to provide flexible commercial property to suit all requirements, from start-ups and growing businesses to those needing to downsize and find more economical business premises.’
