First lettings at Cheltenham and Gloucester
SPACE BUSINESS CENTRE TAKES OFF IN CHELTENHAM AND GLOUCESTER
Following the recent launch of the new developments in Cheltenham and Gloucester, Space Business Centres are pleased to announce the first few lettings at both schemes. At Cheltenham, which only completed last month, units have been let to Magnum Furniture and Shinny Racing whilst at Gloucester, units have been let to DJS Fitness, Enlightening Supplements and Roofline Design. All the companies are taking advantage of the flexible monthly tenancies and the opening rent free period and all inclusive rents.
The schemes brings a new concept to the Cheltenham and Gloucester commercial property market, filling a gap for much needed ‘incubator’ style industrial and business units. The shell units will be let on easy-in, easy-out terms with just one month’s commitment from the tenant.
