SPACE BUSINESS CENTRE TAKES OFF IN AYLESBURY
BRINGING A FLEXIBLE NEW APPROACH TO RENTING BUSINESS UNITS
Having recently completed the construction of their new Centre in Aylesbury, which was officially opened by David Lidington MP, Space Business Centres are pleased to announce that it is now approaching 40% occupancy.

The Space Business Centres provide a secure working environment with CCTV and 24/7 access and all units will have individual loading doors and private parking spaces, something not usually offered with units of this size. In addition, the scheme has various green credentials by way of its use of a rainwater harvesting system. Units are suitable for a variety of uses from industrial, workshop and short term projects to warehouse, storage and office space.
