SPACE BUSINESS CENTRE TAKES OFF IN CHELTENHAM
BRINGING A FLEXIBLE NEW APPROACH TO RENTING BUSINESS UNITS
Having recently completed the construction of their new Centre in Cheltenham, which was officially opened by Martin Horwood MP, Space Business Centres are pleased to announce the first 10 lettings at the development.

The Space Business Centres provide a secure working environment with CCTV and 24/7 access and all units will have individual loading doors and private parking spaces, something not usually offered with units of this size. In addition, the scheme has various green credentials by way of its use of a rainwater harvesting system and solar power heating. Units are suitable for a variety of uses from industrial, workshop and short term projects to warehouse, storage and office space.
