SBC Medway nearly 40% let
Having recently completed the construction of their new Centre in Medway, which was officially opened by Councillor Jane Chitty, Space Business Centres are pleased to announce that it is now approaching 40% occupancy.
The schemes brings a new concept to the Medway commercial property market, filling a gap for much needed ‘incubator’ style industrial, office and business units without the need to sign long term leases. The shell units are let on easy-in, easy-out terms with just one month’s commitment from the tenant.
