Continued lettings success and rates bonus
Despite difficult economic times, there has been a continual stream of lettings across all the 5 Space Business Centres, as small companies and start up enterprises take advantage of the flexible approach to letting and the competitive rents currently on offer.
This is due to be enhanced further in October if the current Government stand by the removal of business rates for registered small businesses which the last Government announced prior to losing power. This would see a significant reduction in overheads for small companies across all sites in the Space Business Portfolio.
