100% small business rates relief extended again
The Chancellor of the Exchequer was just announced that the 100% small business rates relief scheme would now be extended to the 1st April 2013. 95% of all of our units fall below the £6,000 rateable value threshold and are therefore acceptable for this scheme. Please remember that any ingoing occupier MUST apply to the relevant Local Authority to benefit from this measure.
